Miss-en-scene blog task

 Mise-en-scene blog task:

Costume: in the picture we can see that there costumes are all back and they are in some sort of army or FBI. On the jackets they are wearing there is guns and extra equipment like they are going to go and fight

Lighting: the lightning on the picture its quite dark and looks like they are hiding in some sort of tunnel or escaping from something. At the back we can see a bit of light shining from the top led lights

Actors body language: we can see that all three seem quite tense like they are looking for something or communicating with someone else as she has her hand on her hear.

Makeup: there is not much makeup used in this scene

Props: the props used in the image is a jump that stand out it can indicate violence action or sth is art to happen that includes fighting.

Setting: I think it is in some old hotel or a tunnel somewhere that has been abandoned for a long time from the lightning and the walls seem quite narrow and bare indicating their in a place that's not quite important.

I chose these two tv shows are very different as the first tv show it horror and non fictional the setting is always dark and most of the thing always happens at night as it links with werwolves the genre is quite gruesome and there is quite a lot of blood and bones. the actors body language is always ferric and scary. There is action and violence in this tv show and people end up getting hurt and lots of deaths. Their makeup throughout the show is quite pale as it signifies that it links with horror and the setting is dark meaning they would stand out more. Where's, on the other hand the second tv show is more family orientated, romantic and bit of comedy the setting is mostly a beach house and somewhere hot and the place looks quite fancy. the lighting is bright and it sets a happy environment and it js brings joy to the audience when they are watching it.
